1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within a further 1-2 business days. Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive due to customs clearance.

2. What is your return policy?

Personalised products are not eligible for exchanges or refund.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. Please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your package on our website or the shipping carrier's website.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Please note, to enable a swift and automated workflow from our warehouse to our courier partners and enable all orders to be dispatched within our given timescales, we are not able to edit or cancel your order once it has been placed.

6. Can I see a sample?

If you would like to see a sample the best way to do this to order 1 of the items you would like and add your logo to see what the finished item will look like before placing a bulk order.

7. Can I place a bulk order?

We use DTF (Direct To Film) printing which enables us to create sharp, long lasting artwork that looks great on any fabric. DTF is incredibly versatile and durable ensuring your artwork stays pristine wash after wash. 9. Can I have embroidery?
